VINEYARDS YEAR
It was a fairly mild year, with a rainy winter, spring with moderate temperatures and summer with cool nights and very balanced maximum temperatures. The harvest took place on September 6th and 7th.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested by hand into small 15 kg boxes, which were then gently pressed and the must statically clarified. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and 20% in used 350-liter French oak barrels.
AGING
It was aged for 8 months on the fine lees, with batonage only for the first 2 months. Bottling on July 18th, 2018.

GASTRONOMY
Pairs perfectly with starters, fish dishes, some white meats, cheeses and apple pie. It should be served at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
